What is the key to a good physique?

Consistency is key to achieving your dream physique.

For me, I’m a hard gainer. I could eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and I wouldn’t gain a pound or even a half an inch in muscle! Not until about a year ago did I start really taking the gym and my nutrition seriously.

You have to be consistent with EVERYTHING. Lifting AND your nutrition. Either it’s you losing weight or gaining weight or toning your body or whatever you want to do, you need to be consistent. For an entire year I was, for the most part, consistent. Of course, life happens and we get distracted from our goals. For me, I left for the Air Force BMT in March, so I wasn’t lifting weights but I was still in good condition. Then when I was able to, I was back in the gym and eating the proper nutrients.

If you fall off the wagon, get back on. Nothing makes you stronger than getting knocked down and getting back up.
